067: Imposter Syndrome: Stop Holding Yourself Back

Have you ever felt that you didn’t deserve your achievements or earn your success? It’s common to devalue our worth and feel that we don’t fit in - this is called Imposter Syndrome. Today, I’m sharing how this ties into perfectionism and procrastination, and how it may be holding you back from living your most productive and happy life.
